1. How to Enter a Room To access our service, you need to have a Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista machine with speakers and, optionally, a microphone. We recommend using Internet Explorer or Opera. To enter a room, click on the room link, and you will be sent to the login page. You will see a window asking you to type your name. Enter any name you want:  |

You will be asked to "run" or "save" the installation program -- choose "run".

A window asking you to confirm installation will appear. Click on "Install". This will only take place
the first time you use our service, or when there are upgrades to the software.

|
Then the service will try to log you in, and the following window will appear.
|
|
You will then be able to enter the room. |
|
Troubleshooting: If you have previously used our service and you have problems during the installation, you need to clear the cookie we place in your computer. Just CLICK HERE to do so, then try entering the room again. |
