1 . Services:
VisualVox provides real-time voice communication services through the web, that allow participants to exchange voice, text, share presentations, transfer files and navigate the web jointly.

2 . Copyright:
You may not use or distribute on any medium any text or graphics contained in this site without the prior authorization of VisualVox.

3 . Indemnification:
You will indemnify and hold VisualVox and its affiliates, partners and employees harmless from and against any claim, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) made by any third party arising out of your use of the services provided on this site.

4 . Minimum age:
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

5 . Privacy Policy:
VisualVox is dedicated to establishing trusting relationships with its Customers, based on respect for personal identity and information. 6 . No Warranties:
VisualVox makes no guarantee of the uninterrupted availability of any services provided on this site and may, at any time, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any such services without notice to you. You understand that VisualVox shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any services provided on this site. In particular, Visualvox shall have no liability to you for any loss you may incur resulting from:

Access delays or access interruptions to our voice service

Errors, omissions or misstatements in the information provided under these Terms

Deletion or failure to store your data

Any action or omission of a third party with which you enter into an agreement as a result of any promotion, advertisement or sponsorship related to our site

7 . No Endorsement of Third Parties:
Visualvox does not endorse or recommend any third party products that are accessible through links from our site.

8 . Customer Responsibilities:
You are fully responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the Services. VisualVox simply acts as a passive conduit for you to send and receive information of your own choosing. You agree:

Not to use the Services for illegal purposes

Not to disrupt networks connected to the Services

Not to use the Services to infringe the proprietary rights or privacy of any third party

9 . General Terms:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Costa Rica. The UN Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods is expressly disclaimed.
